You must notify us immediately at support if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

Card services, wallet features, transfers, and all financial transactions are subject to applicable financial regulations, transaction limits, and fees as disclosed in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to decline, reverse, or delay any transaction that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, in violation of applicable law, or in breach of these Terms. Funds held in your wallet are not FDIC insured unless explicitly stated for your account type.

You agree not to use our services for: (a) any unlawful purpose or activity; (b) money laundering, fraud, or financing terrorism; (c) circumventing geographic restrictions or export controls; (d) unauthorized access to or interference with our systems; (e) transmitting malware or other harmful code; or (f) any activity that violates the rights of third parties. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. We collect, process, and store your personal data to provide and improve our services, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud. By using our services, you consent to such processing. You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our data protection officer.

All content, trademarks, logos, trade names, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform solely for its intended purpose.

Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. Any outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuit.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
